Dr Eric Naifeh is incredibly knowledgeable and caring doctor and a great listener , he genuinelycare about your health and well being. Called and asked how much it cost to see my son. Told them he had probably had strep throat. Representative on the phone Said $125 for the first visit and $65 for each visit after. Sent my son down there, they wouldn’t see him. They said they couldn’t see him. They didn’t have any strep test kits and that they don’t really accept people without insurance or an appointment. why they didn’t tell me that when they had me on the phone Why? I don’t know. Call back representative said they don’t remember talking to me sounded like the same person. And gave me the same runaround they gave my son after he drove all the way over there. Will you reimburse me for my time and gas? It was wasted because of you? Reply Well we don’t do that. Me, well, of course you don’t Have a terrible day and **** off liar!
